このポジションについて：

インクジェットプリンタ、サーマルプリンタ、レーザープリンタ、ラベルプリンタなどビデオジェット社の産業用プリンタのエンドユーザーにおける設置業務や定期、不定期の保守業務を担当します。お客様へ質の高いサービスを提供することで、顧客満足度を向上させ、長期的な信頼関係を構築し、サービス収益の向上と成長に貢献していただきます。

業務内容：

• 受注したプリンタをエンドユーザーの製造ラインへ設置

• 会社の戦略に基づいて管轄地域での既存顧客への定期、不定期の保守作業

• 不定期で保守するエンドユーザーに対する定期保守契約の促進

• 当社製・他社製プリンタの買換え時の自社プリンタの新機種への紹介と提案

• 不定期に開催するサービスキャンペーンを客先に提案

• 営業部の拡販活動へのサポート（デモ支援、プリンタ操作など）

• 技術情報や成功事例等を共有し、部内の技術力向上のサポート

業務の魅力：

• 保守業務は製造工場などの構内で実施する、安全・安定操業実現の中核をなす重要な業務です。工場内での作業が主になるので一般の方が直接目にすることはほとんどありませんが縁の下の力持ちとしてご活躍いただけます

• 深い専門知識を総合的に発揮することで、お客様の生産現場での安定稼働に貢献することができます

• 実務経験や技術力に沿って将来様々なキャリアの選択肢があります

必要な経験／スキル：

• 工場や産業機器メーカーでの保守作業経験、又は自動車整備等の実務経験 - 2年以上

• 同僚、顧客との情報伝達スキル

• コンピュータスキル（Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPoint）

• 簡潔で論理的なドキュメント作成スキル

• 普通自動車運転免許（オートマ限定可）

あれば優遇：

• 産業用印字機業界での保守作業経験

• 工場（特に食品＆飲料、製薬など）、機械、設備等に精通

• 最終学歴：高卒以上（理工系歓迎　※必須ではない）

求める人物像：

• 問題解決意欲の高い方、学習意欲の高い方

• チームの一員として、同僚・上司、社内部署間、顧客との情報伝達が円滑に正しくできる方

• 時間管理が出来る方

出張・作業環境：

• 東海・関西圏を中心に西日本の顧客へ出張（週45日程度）

• 社用車での移動。場合によっては、新幹線、飛行機を使った移動があります

• 工場内での作業。重いものを運んだり、屈んだりする作業があります

• 出張の無い日はオフィスまたは在宅勤務となります

勤務先オフィスロケーション：

• 大阪営業所：大阪府吹田市

• 東海地区の方は在宅勤務となりますが、定期的に大阪営業所での業務も行っていただきます

入社後3～6か月は研修のため東京本社での勤務となります（期間は習熟度による）
