About the Role:
AstheHuman Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Analyst, you will ensure our HRIS is up-to-date and functioning correctly, providing technical support and training toassociates within human resources.You will manage employee data, perform data audits, and generate reports to aid decision-making, identifying trends and providing insights. Collaborating withinHR andwithother departments, you will implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.Therole includes supporting and auditing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating system changes. Compliance with bank regulations and policies is essential, and you will stay informed on regulatory updates. You will embody our corporate culture, take initiative, and serve as a positive example.
About You:
Youhave at least two years’experience working within a human resourcesrole, with at least one yearof experience focused on HRIS, and youpossess strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for providing technical support, training users, and communicating system changes and deadlines.You are skilled in collecting, organizing, and maintaining employee data, with a strong focus on accuracy and integrity, with an innate ability to analyze HR data, generate reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.You are highly skilled with MS Exceland,aspreferred qualifications, haveintermediate to advanced proficiencywithADP Vantage, Jobvite,Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePointapplications. Additionally, youhave a knack for delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external partners, anda provenrecordof collaborating withothersto enhanceHRISefficiency, utilization,and user experience.
Work Style: Fully onsite five days weekly.
About the Benefits:
Thisexempt role offersan attractive total compensation package, health benefits for you and all eligible dependents, paid time off for vacation, illness, holidays, and volunteerism too.Thesalaryrangeis$75,000.00to $95,000.00and thewage offered tothe selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
