Project Controller IPerforms professional, administrative and consultative work involving project control and reporting. Responsible for overseeing the financial health of projects by analyzing planned and actual performance for project schedules, costs, budgets, and revenue. Forecasts, tracks and coordinates project progress to communicate the project status to managers and stakeholders. Work requires extensive contact with department staff, governmental agencies and private entities. Employees at this level perform independently on assignments; however, all unusual issues are referred to the supervisor.Project Controller IIPerforms complex professional, administrative and consultative work involving project control and reporting. Employeesat this level establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives. Issues are rarely referred to the supervisor,but are handled at the occurrence.Project Controller IIIPerforms advanced and complex professional, administrative, and consultative work involving project control and reporting.Responsible for overseeing the financial health of projects by analyzing planned and actual performance for project schedules,costs, budgets, revenue and risks. Forecasts, tracks and coordinates project progress to communicate the project status tomanagers and stakeholders. Work requires extensive contact with high-level executives, department staff, governmental agencies andprivate entities.
