Our AccountExecutive is accountable for:
Developingbusiness with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts as well ashigh-margin, local businesses
Penetration andretention of existing customers, increasing our market share andprofitability, and achieving sales metrics
Building anddeveloping proposals and pricing models
Essential Skills:
Proven aptitudeto offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating onsolutions to meet client needs
Demonstratedproficiency in effectively collaborating, networking, cultivating businessdevelopment, and building relationships with key stakeholders andprospects, both internal and external
Stronginterpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities using solidcommunication skills
Possess currentknowledge of competitive trends and market conditions to drive strategiesand partnerships
Seeking minimum 5 years of sales experience in staffing or in a service industry, in a B2B or outside sales capacity.
