Emerson Finance Manager in MÖLNLYCKE, Sweden

As Finance Manager, you will oversee financial management, analysis, forecasting, and planning for our site and for global activities within our business area. You will proactively foster strong relationships with Financial Analysts across the US and Europe, as well as with Internal and External Auditors. This is a strategic role requiring leadership, precision, and collaboration.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leading and coordinating financial analysis activities at the Global Level, providing robust support to site operations.
Taking overall responsibility for period and year-end close processes, as well as forecasting and POR at the Global Level, ensuring seamless alignment with site operations.
Driving standardization initiatives within the Level, contributing to unified approaches for Mergers & Acquisitions and Measurement Solutions.
To coach the team in:
Analyzing and reporting on the financial performance of Global Level activities, offering insights and recommendations.
Supporting business areas with forecasting, POR, and profitability analyses to enable data-driven decision-making.
Ensuring the timely submission of accurate financial data to the Site Leadership Team, delivering actionable insights and recommendations as needed.
Maintaining the highest quality of departmental outputs, ensuring adherence to local statutory accounting, tax, and legal requirements, as well as compliance with USGAAP, SOX, and Emerson CP&P.

For This Role, You Will Need:
A relevant university degree or equivalent experience in Finance
5-8 years of experience in a senior-level Finance Manager or Controller role
Strong proficiency in business English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
ERP expertise, preferably Oracle
Advanced skills in MS Excel
