POSITION SUMMARY

Incumbent is expected to join Enterprise Cyber Security – Custom Development team at Textron India and will be responsible to lead and develop a talented and capable team that will address our desire for low-cost, high-quality security software solutions. The Enterprise Cyber Security – Custom Development provides innovative solutions using modern technologies to support key security requirements, and as part of this team, he/she will take part in a fast-paced work environment with tasks consisting of software development, troubleshooting, documentation, and strategic technological or process improvements.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members

· Collaborate with other technical experts to discuss and decide the most plausible approach to business problem and devise the solution for the same

· Design system specifications and interfaces for cross platform interacting components

· Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems

· Collaborating with our global team of solution developers to develop and validate specified solutions

· Exploring new functionality to resolve user issues and enhance user productivity and experience

· Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources, follow PMO process and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner

· Effectively lead the team and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence

· Set up performance goals for team members, evaluate performance, provide coaching and facilitate professional development

Qualifications

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

· 6 years of hands-on IT development experience and 2 to 3 years’ experience with Full Stack Development, Azure Resources like Azure APIM, Azure Web Apps, AWS Elastic Beanstalk

· This will be a lead position and the incumbent will have the responsibility of mentoring the team of full stack data scientists to deliver an end-to-end business solution which adheres to the business requirements

· Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Python, Pyspark, Pytorch/TensorFlow

· Extensive and practical expertise in employing DevOps practices such as CI/CD, DevSecOps, Azure Boards, Azure Repos/GIT, and constructing test scenarios

· Experience working on ETL, data analytics and data science techniques

· Mastery in improving the effectiveness and overall health of web applications through optimization methods.

· Hands-on experience with Web Development using Angular, .Net/C#, Html, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, NodeJS

· Experience working with Data Schemas and Data formats such as JSON, Parquet, AVRO etc.

· Certifications related to Data Science/Cyber Security/Machine Learning is a plus

Minimum Engineering Degree (B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/related area) in IT or Computer Science/Data Science is required.
