POSITION SUMMARY
The Candidate will be assigned to projects in one or more areas of Product Design / Structural Analysis / Flight Technology / Product Support. The candidate is expected to work under the supervision of a mentor who will provide the work assignments. Daily responsibilities may include research and trade studies, developing design concepts, performance calculations , structural analysis , Structural Dynamics analysis using commercial / In-house FE codes for product support. The engineer is expected to come-up with recommendations for improvements on the assigned work in a time-bound manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will demonstrate basic understanding of the following:
Interpretation of Mechanical drawings
Solid Modeling using CAD package
Common fabrication and assembly processes
Basic understanding of Aircraft structures design
Basic understanding of Structural analysis
Principles of flight and structural dynamics
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
