About You
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our Consumer Marketing team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience, who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Your Day-to-Day
Work closely with the consumer marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the overall business objectives.
Collaborate with the Business Team to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
Assist in creating and curating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports and insights to the team.
Support the organization of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities, both online and offline.
Manage brand merchandise planning and execution, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and ensuring brand consistency.
Utilize retail experience to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through effective merchandising strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and communications, and share insights with the team.
Your Know-How
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Previous internship or work experience in marketing, communications, retail, or brand merchandise planning is preferred.
