Job Description
We are in search of Traffic Control Technicians to join our expert traffic control team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and be prepared to work in extreme weather conditions. This role involves travelling and working long hours, with the pay being commensurate with your experience. As part of our team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute in areas such as road striping, permanent signs, and guardrail. Job Duties
Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
Assist with roadway construction and guardrail installation projects
Perform outdoor labor tasks such as guardrail installation/repair, digging, lifting, and carrying materials
Follow all safety procedures and protocols on job sites
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Additional Skills and Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL license
Previous experience in roadway construction or guardrail installation preferred
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Type
This is a permanent, direct placement position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Work Environment
The typical work day begins at 7:30am and continues until the job is done. While the set schedule is 7:30-4:00, it could extend to 7-7 or longer depending on the workload. Expect 45-55 working hours per week.
