Saf-Holland, Inc. Digital Marketing Communications Specialist in Muskegon, Michigan

Summary of Duties: Collaborates with the Marketing Services Manager, and sales/product management for maintaining product spec/support content, editing of existing content and implementation of new content on the SAF-HOLLAND North American Company websites. Develops, manages, and utilizes company's social media channels for company and product promotion. Develops and maintains digital sales tools. Utilizes web/digital analytic tools for tracking and reporting. Supports other domestic and global marketing communication activities as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications Required: Qualification 1: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field from a four-year college or university;  Qualification 2: 2-5 years' experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, website content editing, social media, sales or a related field. Qualification 3: Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualification 4: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations and work with engineering drawings.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, suppliers, vendors, customers, and the general public. Effective persuasive communication skills are required. Qualification 5: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to  practical situations. Qualification 6: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, along with the ability to map and manage both concrete and abstract projects to conclusion is essential for success within this position. Qualification 7: Google Analytics Certification Qualification 8: • Proficient with basic website CMS (Content Management Systems), Social Media  Channels, Hootsuite social media program management, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite.  Proficient with Windows and Mac environments.  • Understanding of current web structure practices for maximizing SEO results.  • Experience setting up and maintaining web analytics using Google Analytics.  • Ability to work cooperatively, creatively, and to be flexible.  • Ability to direct the design of professional, intuitive, and user-friendly web designs. • Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities, committed  to meeting deadlines while keeping a positive attitude and an earnest interest in providing  good customer service to our members, partners, and fellow staff members.

Travel Requirements: 5-10% domestic travel; some international travel may be required.
