INPRO CORP Flex Force Signscape Operator in MUSKEGO, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Summary: Fabricate high-quality print and signs out of specifications in the Signscape division to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver on time. Primary Duties: Ability to fill in all areas of print operations in the Signscape division. Learn the signage ADA specifications. Full understanding of the Print Operations including router, coating, and other SS equipment. Full understanding of catalog offerings in the signage area and fonts. Ability to read, understand and follow illustrations and directions. Strong QA knowledge. Any assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities: Produce a high quality product. Fabricate orders in date sequence and on time. Maintain communications with all manufacturing and office employees. Work in a 5S team environment. Adhere to all safety standards and any required PPE. Job Specifications: Basic math skills and the ability to understand measurements. Strong spelling ability Ability to distinguish colors. Ability to safely use power tools and equipment. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent. Teamwork Professionalism Job Relations: Reports directly to Signscape Supervisor Works with all manufacturing / sales departments. Authority: Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance. To support company policies and procedures. Report non-conforming material and safety non-compliance to management. Make decisions on accept or reject according to quality specifications. Make logical decisions based on experience and/or company policy.
