INPRO CORP ERP Business Analyst in MUSKEGO, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The ERP Business Analyst will support the Finance/Operations Business Analyst Manager in optimizing and enhancing the NetSuite platform. Primary Duties: Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs Review and confirm the feasibility of technical specifications Evaluate new products, workflows, and ideas Develop and test technology solutions geared toward process improvements Participate in user acceptance testing and adoption Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds Ensure systems run smoothly by evaluating and documenting improvements Investigate problems and data discrepancies, diagnose root causes, identify problematic trends, and help develop a resolution Assist in managing and resolving support incidents Remain current with advancements in ERP software technology and industry trends Key Responsibilities: Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their business needs Ability to respond to project deadlines Creativity and ability to think critically about current processes Effectively communicate through good oral and written skills Solicits input from others Adhere to company policies Perform other duties as assigned Job Specifications: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment High degree of solving complex problems Job relationships: Reports to Finance/Operations Business Analyst Manager Works and coordinates activities with IT and the appropriate business units Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in business or a related field or related experience Minimum one year of experience with NetSuite or three years of ERP experience Experience with systems analysis and project management Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with 25% company match Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Generous paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Employee discount Life insurance Referral program Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
