Philips Services Indirect Channel Development Manager in Murrysville, Pennsylvania

Services Indirect Channel Development Manager

In this role, you will drive our Hospital Patient Monitoring Services business growth by developing and managing the Services business strategies for indirect alliances with indirect channel partners, reviewing and supporting the services portfolio, and go-to-market strategies per partner contracts.

Your role:

  • Works closely with internal teams and external partners to identify service opportunities, develop strategies for service portfolio resell, and execute plans that align with our business objectives.

  • Identify needs, required capabilities, SLA, business models, and portfolio fit for indirect channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion with a Philips Services Portfolio.

  • Responsible for analyzing market trends, building an indirect channel strategy and execution plan for Services, identifying new business opportunities, providing insights to improve channel performance, and defining E2E with services alternative business model scenarios for service delivery capability between partner and Philips.

  • Prepares new services business pipeline and operations oversight/development to new business development initiatives with indirect channel partners for international markets.

  • Define and develop a certification program for indirect channel partners for the services portfolio fit to partner capabilities.

  • Oversees the global operational and commercial developments relevant to the services business and determines the implications and risk management for sell and delivery of services through indirect channel partners

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or top-tier Strategy Consultancy firm or equivalent .

  • Your skills include strategic management, negotiation, business development, and partnership building is highly beneficial. Focus on specialized areas such as international business or technology partnerships, enhancing strategic thinking and leadership skills essential for fostering and managing effective collaborations. International business, corporate, or growth strategy experience (e.g., market-entry, marketing segmentation, portfolio management.)

  • You have a Bachelor's and or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, Master’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience preferred.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

  • You’re an expert with complex stakeholder setups, developing new channel strategies and growth opportunities with a defined portfolio and partner capability matrix for service delivery through indirect channels. Have a strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management as well as excellent analytics, quantitative and problem-solving skills .
