Product Support Specialist
You will demonstrate a high quality of service for our customers regarding any inquiries in relation to Philips Respironics Equipment, PC hardware/ software, Protocol, or procedural issues during daily operations. Address customer inquiries for support through phone, email, and remote computer access.
Your role:
Respond in a highly professional manner to incoming calls, emails and other requests for technical support in a timely fashion
Identify and troubleshooting all issues with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction
Log calls as required by current documented procedure, BPI’s, and WI’s.
Escalate complicated hardware, software, and networking issues to Engineering Liaison for resolution assistance when needed
Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in IT troubleshooting experiences in a call center or customer support environment. Provide direct support to internal or external customers regarding PC setup networking and application support. Customer service experience preferred
Your skills include excellent verbal and written communication skills, Functional knowledge of Windows 8, 10,11, and current products (Excel, Outlook, Word), Ability to logically analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, and work independently and within a team environment.
Proficiency with SQL Database and Database Administration required
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Functional knowledge of Windows 8,10 and 11 and proven computer networking proficiency may be required.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is 25.58 – 43.85 per hour.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
