UPRI MURRAY Certified Medical Assistant, Full-Time in MURRAY, Utah
Work in the world of pain management, chronic wound care, and hormone replacement therapy!
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent patient service and support in a medical setting
Assist patients by taking vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations
Assist patients with rooming and charting files
-Making and taking required lab orders
-Creating and following up on radiology orders
-Working on medical prior authorizations
-Prepping for small procedures
-Utilizing medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to accurately document patient information
-Phlebotomy is a plus, yet not required
Skills:
Competent in taking vital signs and performing other clinical tasks
Familiarity with coding and billing processes in a medical setting
Excellent understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
