Boehringer Ingelheim Specialist, Performance Management & Compensation Planning in Muntinlupa, Philippines

The Position

As individual contributor the incumbent will be supporting global services for Performance Management, Compensation and Succession Planning globally within different times zones. In close collaboration with GBS Process Management high quality and compliant processes will be ensured across all delivery areas globally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of the PMCP team supports the global execution of the Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Succession Planning processes.

The focus of this role lies on the planning and preparation, administration, communication and coordination of the annual cycle

Ensures operational excellence, providing standardized, transparent, economically efficient and compliant processes concerning Performance, Compensation and Succession in all BI legal entities and countries.

Including activities like:

  • As part of the Performance Management (PM)/ Compensation Planning (CP) team, you support the global execution of the Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Succession Management annual cycles from end to end.

  • Operational excellence lies in your hands by adhering to standardized, transparent, economically efficient and compliant processes concerning Performance, Compensation & Succession Management for all BI employees globally.

  • In addition to communicating the cycle activities and timelines to all employees, you will also work with Global Process Management, HR IT and the HR CoE’s to prepare the system and execute the operational activities of the cycle in a timely manner.

  • Together with Global Process Management and all interfaces to Global CoEs, you strive for continuous improvements as well as lean processes within HR@GBS of the overall end-to-end processes regarding cost, quality, compliance, fulfillment of SLA Agreements.

  • Strive for continuous improvements for end to end processes in regard to cost, quality, compliance, time / fulfillment of SLA Agreements in collaboration with Process Management.

  • Improvements mean the overall end to end processes including all interfaces to Global CoE within HR@GBS. Strive for innovation and lean processes within HR@GBS.

  • To comply with the requirements

  • local legal requirements as well as regional peculiarities regarding employment law, and data protection

  • internal processes for controlling risks and other control processes

  • Corporate HR Procedures, Policies and SOPs/ process manuals

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or comparable

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent

  • Several years of relevant work experience in HR with knowledge of compensation and/or performance management or global HR Services

  • Deep knowledge of Performance & Compensation procedures and processes

  • SuccessFactors or SAP knowledge as well as excellent MS Excel skills are essential and Service now knowledge preferred

  • International experience, cultural sensitivity and cultural awareness paired with the ability to work across business units and geographies

  • Strategic and holistic thought process on Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Succession Management to better improve existing processes

  • Excellent communication skills in English
