We are seeking a committed and talented Key Account Manager to join our 3P Subscribe & Save (SnS) team. SnS is the world’s largest re-ordering program, empowering millions of customers to set up regular, automatic deliveries of their favorite products at discounted prices. This program not only drives convenience and savings for customers but also generates significant recurring revenue for Sellers. In the EU 3P marketplace alone, SnS generates over $500 million in annual revenue.

In this role, you will leverage your strong analytical and commercial skills to help our Sellers succeed and expand their businesses on Amazon while spearheading projects that optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Identify, develop, negotiate, and close opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels

• Apply your excellent communication skills to persuade, convince, and explain complex concepts to senior stakeholders

• Lead and collaborate on cross-functional projects with worldwide stakeholders across both tech and business roles, driving innovation and process improvements

• Proactively grow customer relationships, expanding their understanding of Amazon's suite of tools and services

What You Bring:

• Proven track record of pitching new ideas successfully to Sellers and helping them grow their Amazon businesses

• Experience in business development, sales, sales engineering, or consulting (preferably in the technology, internet, or e-commerce sectors)

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive ambitious goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Genuine "can-do" attitude and passion for inspiring your peers to achieve great things

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent

  • C1/C2 is essential in both German and English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
