Hilton Director of Sales (m/w/d) in Munich, Germany

As the largest airport hotel in the Alps, we offer all the amenities of a 5-star hotel and are committed to delighting our guests with modern Bavarian hospitality between Terminals 1 and 2 at Munich Airport. The hotel's large and modern event area features 30 light-flooded event rooms with a large ballroom. All 550 rooms and suites are designed to the highest standards. We celebrate the whole diversity of Alpine cuisine, distilled to its quintessence. Finest regional ingredients meet sophisticated recipes. What will I be doing?

·Acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers

·Negotiation and conclusion of corporate and event contracts

·Presenting the Hotel at Fairs and Workshops

·Independent planning and execution of Sales Trips & Fam Trips

·Supporting Conference & Event Sales with enquiries and contract negotiations

·Analysing market trends

·Managingof Customer Data in a CRM Tool

·Creating and Implementing a Sales Action Plan

·Onboarding and training of new employees/apprentices

What are we looking for?

·Creativity

·Good communication skills

·You are motivated and enjoy working in a team

·You have some initial experience in being a leader

·Fluent in German and English

·2-3 years experience in sales

·Knowledge of the German and international markets

·Driving licence category B

·Experience with Salesforce Delphi.fdc is a plus

·Expertise in MS Office applications
