KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development and reporting of the key risk indicators for the business (Risk Management Approach)

  • Support the development of rigorous standards around all areas of risk management, which will include training, continuous assessment, testing and performance reporting to the business executive and risk committee.

  • Contribute to the design and development of robust, progressive compliance, risk management and fraud prevention initiatives.

  • Raise awareness, understanding and accountabilities among all levels in the business regarding compliance and risk management.

  • Perform diagnostic analyses of significant operating risk & controls including preparation of process maps for business processes.

  • Lead and coordinate all external audit, SOX, corporate audit compliance activities and internal assurance reviews.

  • Co-lead our digital agenda, ensuring continuous risk management by using available digital tools and work with global teams for other implementations.

  • Responsible for driving the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

  • Responsible as the Local Access Control Coordinator (SAP accesses)

  • Other ad-hoc risk assessments and projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have an Accountancy or Finance qualification.

  • 5 to 7 years of Finance or Audit experience

  • Big 4 (Audit) experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PPT)

  • Good to have SAP experience.

  • Good communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Good analytical and reporting skills.

  • Experience in handling and working with diverse teams to deliver results.

  • The ability to have a macro view, think objectively and design solutions to ensure effective controls are in place.

  • Attention to details.

  • Strong control and governance mindset.

  • Proactive and results oriented.
