We are hiring a Senior Product
Designer to help design the future of Cornerstone products. Designers serve a
vital role at Cornerstone from creating the vision for new features to the
craft of every beautiful detail in the product. We appreciate designers who think
deeply, speak clearly, and love collaboration and feedback.
In this role you will...
You’ll be solving user problemsand defining components and patterns.
You'll drive the design visionand strategy for your product area.
You’ll work cross-functionallywith Product and Engineering partners and represent the design.
You’ll ensure the quality of thefinal product execution.
You’ll mentor junior designersand be mentored by design leaders.
You’ll design mobile-first andcontribute directly to the future of Cornerstone.
You’ve got what it takesif you have...
5+ years of product design experience with mobile and web products
Extensive experience in a seniorindividual contributor role, on a Product Design team for desktop ormobile.
An outstanding portfolio,showcasing a foundation in Typography, Interaction, Visual Design, andIdeation.
Experience working andcollaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.
Experience partnering withProduct Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features.
Experience with prototyping toexplore and convey design solutions.
A strong belief in user-centereddesign principles.
The ability to work independentlyto troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.
You’re a go-getter,self-sufficient, and seek out answers to your questions
You’re quick, you work fast, andthrive in a high-pressure environment.
You have stellar time managementskills, with prior experience in a time-sensitive development environment.
You have excellent written andverbal communication skills.
