Hire Digital Senior Account Manager / Account Director in Mumbai, India

Hire Digital is looking for a Senior Account Manager / Account Director who will:

  • Develop new business, originate new clients.

  • Help onboarded clients implement diverse projects, from building apps to implementing Salesforce to developing content strategy.

    We have grown 100% year over year, and our clients include Fortune 500s such as Citi, Unilever, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Airbnb, Stripe, and eBay.

    ´╗┐This role is for full-time, remote. The compensation range for this role is between USD5k to USD10k per month (USD60k p.a. to USD120k) before benefits. In addition, there is a commission-based component.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Business Development

  • Qualify and close inbound leads brought in by marketing.

  • Develop and execute strategic outbound ideas.

  • Consult prospective leads, and prepare proposals and pitches.

  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and talent teams to acquire new business.

  • Upsells and cross-sells within existing accounts.

    Account Management

  • Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders.

  • Hand hold and sync stakeholders with potentially conflicting priorities through the implementation process.

  • Translate requirements into plans, specifications, milestones, and timelines.

  • Manage day-to-day implementation and monitoring of the project.

  • Lead and work closely with a team of individual contributors and experts such as UX researchers, graphic designers, animators, software engineers, analysts, SEO strategists, and content writers.

  • Pre-empt and prepare for contingencies, measure, and report on progress.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • For Senior AM: Minimum 5 years of experience as an account manager, and project manager in the context of a consultancy, agency, or any professional service.

  • For AD: Minimum 7 years of experience being an AM and managing AMs.

  • Preferable to have business development experience (new accounts, upsells, cross-sells) beyond pure project implementation and account management.

  • Strong and practical knowledge of marketing, digital transformation, web, and software concepts.

  • Consultative, curious, and driven.
