The Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end to end recruitment for Commercial, Functional, Manufacturing and Operations hiring across Danaher’s portfolio of Operating companies in India.

This position is part of the Danaher India Talent Acquisition Team and will be located in Mumbai.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Responsible for end to end searches across Danaher’s portfolio of operating companies including developing the search strategy, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates; develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to our hiring managers. Partner collaboratively with hiring executives and HR business partners throughout complete search.

  • Advise internal clients (Hiring Teams) on search strategy considering market/talent realities; identify and consult with clients on addressable talent market. Problem solve effectively through any challenge encountered during the search. Be tenacious through to completion, adapting strategies/tactics as needed.

  • Develop proactive pipeline of a strong and diverse network of potential candidates. Leverage multiple channels to cultivate external candidates and talent pools.

  • Communicate internally with customers and partners with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy when dealing with both internal and external parties. Foster Danaher’s employment brand and support active and passive recruiting strategies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Qualified graduate/post graduate from a reputed institution

  • Between 10 - 15 years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 Years’ experience in the domain of Healthcare / Life Sciences.

  • Excellent Team work and collaboration skills with 5 + years of people management experience.

  • Experience in recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems required including profession/ social networking and employment branding initiatives preferred. Experience complying with local & government regulations relating to hiring practices

  • Awareness of Market trends, competitor insights, recent trends in hiring, advances in sourcing tools and stay abreast of technology waves and resultant business implications.

  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
