Our HR GCC team is dedicated to partnering with the Business to drive growth for Colgate Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape.
What role will you play as a manager of Colgate's HR Technology team?
This role's responsibility is to ensure consistent and enhanced services on all the Learning Management tools and HR Technologies - like SuccessFactors Learning Management System, Applicant Tracking Systems, Performance Management, etc. The role is required to strategically work with the Learning & HR IT Centers of Excellence to help identify new tools, test prototypes and help implement them in the ever dynamic environment. This role also leads the entire automation strategy for the HR GCC

You are a function expert -
Excellent knowledge of HR/Learning Systems and tools and effective problem solving skills
Strong people management skills required (managed a team of 3 or above)
Knowledge of operations management and process improvement approaches, concepts, and tools
Organizes work efforts by prioritizing tasks, using resources optimally, establishing appropriate deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery
Knowledge of and ability to use industry and organization standards, procedures, and policies relevant to learning and development
Experience in outsourcing operational services or managing outsourced services
Understand and curiosity to learn new skills pertaining to automations and tools associated with it
Excellent communication skills and ability to work and manage teams
Knowledge of change management methods and techniques
Ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals and teams potentially located around the world

Proficiency and experience in managing data and reporting capabilities required

You are an innovator -
Keep up with current trends on all HR systems including the ones used for Learning and Development (eg LMS, Learning Experience Platforms, Survey platforms, etc.) and application of the same to internal systems.
Have a basic understanding of how HR Systems work - including new systems that markets provide
Review Learning System requirements and provide strategic recommendations to CoHRE
Technology and Analysis Lead for potential enhancements
Advisor/Tester to any new systems or tools introduced in the HR streams
Be responsible for Learning Systems administration teams
Conduct audits to understand gaps from a global perspective
Conduct Continuous Improvement assessment and Trend Analysis
What you’ll need…(Required)
7-8+ years of HR/Learning Systems experience
Masters preferable with some IT curricula
Certification as an administrator of a HR/ Learning Systems or demonstrated equivalent experience and expertise, is required.
Strong Stakeholder management skills
Provide coaching and guidance to the HR & Learning Systems team to ensure correct execution of new Learning Systems requirements (eg: testing, governance, maintenance and support)
Identify and lead all process improvement activities for the learning organization
Set measurement, standards, and processes for the learning administration team
Serve as a subject matter expert and in a consulting capacity to Learning Systems admins and collaborate with them to develop solutions that preserve the integrity of the Learning Systems while meeting the needs of the business
Partner with IT and external vendors to develop or enhance HR technology
