The role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven inside sales representative to join our growing team. As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone, in-person or online. You will also be in charge of maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and referrals.

  • Understand customer needs and pain points, and offer solutions that match their requirements and budget.

  • Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle, and handle objections and rejections.

  • Track and update sales activities and pipeline using CRM software and other tools.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with sales managers, marketing team, and other departments to provide feedback and insights.

  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and market competition.

What we need to see from you

Proven experience as an inside sales representative, tele-sales representative, or similar role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and web conferencing platforms.

Knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and methodologies.

Fluent in English and Hindi.
