IBM Data Engineer-Enterprise Content Management in Mumbai, India

Your Role and Responsibilities
What you'll do:
Experience with BPMS technologies such as IBM BPM/BAW. Focus on deployment & troubleshooting.
Must have strong troubleshooting skills of BPMS systems and their underlying technologies (including IBM WebSphere Application Server & Apache Tomcat). Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Dynatrace.
Strong Linux skills. Experience supporting Linux systems in public cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus.
Troubleshooting issues and resolving the database issues and half installed artifacts.
Install/Configure and administer IBM Business Monitor v8.x including Process Centre, Process Server, and Deployment manager
Install/Configure SSL Certificate.
Performs installation, configuration, and code deployment on IBM BPM/BAW v8.x, 18.x, 19.x(all environments)
Production support, tuning and troubleshooting with IBM BPM/BAW v8.x,18.x,19.x WebSphere Administration.
Good general knowledge of Linux.
Knowledge of industry best practices for IBM BPM/BAW.
Knowledge of at least one Webserver like Apache HTTP or IHS server and its integration with IBM BPM/BAW.
Consults with Internal teams and IT management and staff enterprise-wide on design, planning, integration, implementation, scalability, problem definition and resolution the of IBM BPM/BAW Infrastructure involving the interrelated demands of hardware, software, security, and control.
Defines and resolves problems related to the platform, hardware, software, and communication protocols.
Works with the product vendors like IBM to resolve Web-related issues.
Works with other internal support teams like DBAs, production control teams as part of working on the project.
