- The person is responsible for learning technology and business processes on the job in SAP HCM as well as SuccessFactors. They should be able to deliver application enhancements and be able to fix bugs in the existing applications.

- Provide solutions and support to existing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors applications

- Provide solutions and support to existing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors applications

- Work closely with Business & IT Teams for implementing solutions or resolving support issues

- Regularly Track Progress and closure of issues

- Configuration of Master data objects & maintenance for HR Data

- Take ownership of project deliverables. Learn end to end processes and ensure delivery against commitment

- Manage on-call and Monthly System maintenance

- Analyze repetitive issues and implement ways to reduce support tickets

- Complete detailed documentation of all the projects worked on

- Work with Vendors for Employee Central Implementation

- Learn Employee Central on the job and provide post go-live Employee Central support
