We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate to work in the Internal Audit Operations team, within Internal Audit, to support day to day operations of the department.

The Internal Audit Division (IAD) drives attention and resources to vulnerabilities by providing an independent and well-informed view and impactful messages about the most important risks facing our Firm. This is accomplished by performing a range of assurance activities to independently assess the quality and effectiveness of Morgan Stanley’s system of internal control, including risk management and governance systems and processes. IAD serves as an objective and independent function within the Firm’s risk management framework to foster continual improvement of risk management processes.

This is an Associate (P2) level position on the Internal Operations and Quality Control team, responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the department, supporting the ultimate delivery of high-quality assurance services. What you'll do in the role: - Assist with managing the departmental Training and Events calendar. This includes managing training logisticsandtraining data to enable effective reporting, tracking, monitoring and analysis - Collaborate with internal stakeholders includingtheIAD Operations team and Business Managers to execute on operational activities around data managementandreporting - Supporting employee processesincluding, but not limited to, onboarding, training and development - Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to build effective working relationships andexecute on team deliverables - Effectively manage multiple deliverables while delivering high-quality work

What you'll bring to the role: - At least 2 years' relevant experience,.preferablyin administration, project management, event planning, communicationsordata entry/analysis - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and adapt messages to audiencein verbal and written form - Proficiency inthe Microsoft suite, including Excel (e.g., formulas,pivot tables andmacros),andPowerPoint -Strong organizational,timemanagementand project management skills - Ability to multi-task and engage with global stakeholders - Ability to identify patterns and anomalies in data and clearly articulate conclusions/recommendations - A commitment to practicing inclusive behaviors - Willingness to solicit and provide feedback to further develop self and peers - Bachelors' Degree

Coverage

  • Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 9:00PM India time with flexibility on standard working hours for time sensitive matters.

  • Periodic evening calls with US and EMEA Internal Auditors and auditees.
