Citi Finance is responsible for the firm’s financial management and related controls. We manage and partner on key Citi initiatives and deliverables, such as our quarterly earnings process and ensuring Citi’s compliance with financial rules and regulations. The team comprises chief financial officers who partner with each of our businesses and disciplines including controllers, financial planning and analysis, strategy, investor relations, tax and treasury.

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis Senior. Analyst - C12 - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Assistant Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis Senior. Analyst- C12) based in India. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Ensure readiness of forecasting systems, aggregation platforms and reporting tools.

• Manage issues that come up during cycle and resolve them promptly.

• Work closely and coordinate with various work streams (specially Non PPNR) for loading data in FRM

• Coordinate prioritization of system enhancements for FP&A aggregation and reporting tools in line with Forecast Execution and process requirements

• Partner with FRSS, GFT and Business FP&A teams to coordinate UAT and go-live for ongoing tool enhancements.

• Partner with process design and execution team to articulate and communicate requirements for QMMF cycle/ process.

• Provide feedback on design of key architectural / strategic tool changes.

• Provide formal approval of UAT/ production system releases.

• Responsible for information security data classification and compliance

• Business engagement contact for Internal Audit, COB Testing, and application related CAPs.

• Review/Approve CEAM process mapping for application.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Chartered Accountant or MBA – Finance with at least 7-10 years of FP&A experience

• Understanding and knowledge of Citi Finance’s data structure, tools and processes including Citi Forecasting processes and tools and reporting systems, preferred

• Consistently demonstrates strong leadership to handle complex problems and solutions impacting multiple businesses and functions

• Experience in partnering with business and technology teams to drive roll out of tool enhancements in an effective manner

• Develop strategic vision for utilizing tools to improve forecast execution including developing tool performance dashboards to track relevant performance metrics

• Tenacity, with the flexibility and ability to work under changing circumstances

• Demonstrated ability to manage and assess complex processes and issues through root cause analysis and other analytical techniques; structure potential solutions; drive to resolution with senior stakeholders

• Excellent organizational and project management skills
