The Azure Infrastructure Commercial Solution Area (CSA) Team positions the value of our best-in-class infrastructure solutions & services to enable Corporate commercial customers and public sector organizations to accelerate successful business outcomes of their digital transformation more securely. 

The Regional Sales Leader for Azure Infrastructure for the Corporate (SMC-C) segment is accountable to drive adoption and consumption of Azure Infrastructure workloads through strong collaboration and leadership across the region that they are leading. The regional SMC-C sales leader provides segment expertise, coaching, sales leadership, subject matter expertise and channel leadership to accelerate digital transformation for our customers through direct engagement and through the Microsoft Partner Network. The leader will be a flawless executioner, great sales coach, has strong understanding how to leverage & scale through the channel and contributes to the vision and go to market strategy to accelerate growth and increase market share of the Azure Infrastructure business across the region. 

Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Assess regional performance, partner with WW Go-to-market (GTM) lead to adjust programs and offers, partners with Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) GTM on defined corrections.

  • Voice of the Customer/Field: Gather insights through listening channels, rhythm of the business (RoB), engines and partner with Corporate stakeholders for resolution.

  • Coaching: Through established rhythm coach/advise on growth bets, understand sales blockers, and accelerate top deals, collaborating with local teams.

  • Sales Team Enablement: Package repeatable sales motions relevant to advanced workloads, Lands and leads on sales readiness.

  • Role Productivity: Activate and land impact within territories.

  • Compete Strategy: Investigate competitive threats and develop regional strategies to unblock, input to WW GTM leader.

  • Participate in monthly business reviews with specific SMC insights. 

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years technology-related sales or account management experience

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 10+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud services growth preferably Infrastructure.

  • 6+ years leadership in a scale business, including experience of channel leverage & leadership.
