Consumers Energy Sr Digital Analyst in MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, Michigan

General Summary:

The Senior Digital Analyst will drive analysis and insights for the Company's online and native app experiences. This includes acting as a subject matter expert regarding user behavior and measuring marketing and strategic initiatives effectiveness, as measured by engagement and customer experience scores. In addition, the role will also create, manage and interpret standard dashboards & reports, as well as ad-hoc analyses & reporting for stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Analytics or Business with 4 - 7 years of experience in digital analytics; on native apps, and/or Retail/eCommerce

  • [OR] Associate degree in Digital Analytics or Business with 6 years of experience in digital analytics; on native apps, and/or Retail/eCommerce

  • [OR] High School Diploma with 8 years of experience in digital analytics; on native apps, and/or Retail/eCommerce

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to ideation for brand and product marketing opportunities – partnership to identify where ads, brand messages, product offerings, etc. can be inserted in both authenticated and non-authenticated user flows.

  • Contribute to new user journey designs for target audiences.

  • Create standard dashboards and reports based on business unit’s needs.

  • Deliver user traffic data to drive insights and decision-making across CE.com and third-party sites to optimize engagement / conversion and marketing campaign results.

  • Identify performance improvement opportunities for the company's digital channels via the use of analytics and insights derived from web tools. Analyze customer interactions with the company's customer facing website and/or app.

  • Measure marketing & strategic initiatives by developing analyses, tracking progress, and calculating effectiveness by optimizing programs and performance.

  • Other duties as assigned or may be necessary

  • Own & drive analytical strategy for the channel, leveraging multiple data intake platforms to aggregate into holistic POVs and recommendations.

  • Partner with cross functional business partners by developing & providing user-friendly and insightful data to inform their functional areas.

  • Provide recommendations for improved user experience: spanning navigation, page and surface level design (contribute to UI/UX of the site).

  • Experience preferred working with website analytics tools such as Google analytics, Clicktale, Full Story, Sitecore, and App dynamics Professional Standard

  • Organized- good planner, able to coordinate complex assignments Expert Knowledge

  • Self-motivated with great work ethic Expert Knowledge

  • Versatile- Some assignments require methodical approach while others may be more "crisis" oriented Expert Knowledge
