Microsoft Corporation Account Technology Strategist in Multiple Locations, Germany
Microsoft’s Enterprise Team focuses on empowering customers on their digital journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and a great customer experience and revenue growth for Microsoft. This role is in the Manufacturing industrie, focussing on sensoric customers.
As the Account Technology Strategist for your set of 5 major customer you will take the leadership to motivate internal teams and teams of our partner ecosystem to build a strategic customer framework, you will provide technical guidance to teams, build and maintain strong industry and client knowledge, and will act as the voice of the customer.
You will create mid- to long-term digital transformation roadmaps for your customer while ensuring the execution of the technological strategy. You will analyze customer needs and translate the customer business objectives to develop technology architecture. You will lead industry and digital transformation acceleration to identify, create demand, and deliver customer solutions.
You will create new and drive opportunities based on account planning and will drive aligned customer conversations regarding the value of Microsoft solutions over competitors. You will support your v-team to sell Microsoft solutions and map technical customer requirements and business scenarios to Microsoft technology platforms.
Responsibilities
Applying deep industry expertise to identify the right Industry Sales Kits and partners, understand market trends, and support customers in solving industry-specific issues.
Synthesizing business insights to develop recommendations for managing accounts and planning, ensuring all organizational levels provide alternate perspectives.
Acting as a Technology Mentor to senior leaders, leading business transformations through digital technologies, and aligning Microsoft capabilities with customer needs.
Driving customer skilling initiatives, motivating technical resources, and delivering regular industry/technology engagements.
Orchestrating internal teams and partners to ensure technical resources for demand generation.
Establishing best practices for account planning and leading the customer journey into AI and Industrial Metaverse.
Creating and driving opportunities, leading Account Strategy Envisioning, and advising on technology adoption.
Maintaining broad knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, acting as the voice of the customer, and creating security thought leadership.
Providing account thought leadership and technical guidance, creating connections with Product and Engineering teams.
These responsibilities ensure that the Account Technology Strategist can effectively support customers and drive business outcomes through innovative solutions and strategic guidance.
