Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Product Manager within the Product Success Team, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and documenting new references across the sustainability portfolio of software. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining RFP response Q&A pairs to drive faster and more accurate RFP responses by Sales / Technical Sales. This role wil be split equally between the two focus areas.
You will work with a team of individuals including Technical Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, Support and Services to drive Sustainability Software revenue through accurate and timely RFP responses and well defined customer references and use cases. The software you will be supporting in this role includes Maximo, TRIRIGA, Environment Intelligence, Envizi, OMS, SCIS, and MRO/IO.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the Sustainability Software offerings.
Proven ability to work within a team of Product Managers, Marketing and Sales is a must.
When focused on references, the ability to document and present business value as it relates to customer adoption.
When focused on RFP responses, the ability to manage details accurately and constantly update materials (Q&A Pairs) as product offerings evolve.
Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and require limited supervision to meet deadlines.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
A strong understanding of Maximo , TRIGIGA, or Envizi software offerings.
