The perfect candidate for this position is enthusiastic, has a positive attitude and works hard to help promote the bank in the communities we serve. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team and to be flexible to changing priorities and able to meet deadlines.
This position is full time, and we work bankers' hours, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some potential flexibility. This position will need to work some nights and weekends as needed. We offer 3 weeks of PTO annually, and 11 paid holidays and extra illness leave.
Salary for this position is $21.42 - $32.13. Wage placement based on qualifications and direct experience for this position.

Position Summary:
The Marketing Assistant position will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with all marketing, social media, and networking activities of the Bank, and ensuring that all marketing activities are in compliance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists the Marketing Manager to implement various concepts, objectives, materials, advertisements, programs, press releases, and other special events to ensure market awareness of the products and services available to new and existing customers
Ensures all visual elements of the Bank's marketing activities are accurate, including signs, stationary, literature, and posters
Responsible for the participation, set up and take down of trade show booths
Assists in the development and monitoring of social media on a daily basis, ensuring the data is accurate and updated
Participates in the implementation of advertising for displays, newspapers, radio, television
