This role in summary

This position is critical to driving global supply chain business process efficiencies through implementation of innovative solutions in support of strategic initiatives and growing customer demands. This position will also support troubleshooting and timely resolution of business critical incidents. Key to this position is coordination and coaching of our global team of Oracle contractors. This position will also work closely with end users to document and prioritize enhancement requirements, recommend innovative process improvements, and assist users with testing and training. This position will also serve as a liaison between end users and offshore technical contractors.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead design and implementation of global Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) innovation, enhancement, and integration projects.

  • Provide leadership and coaching of offshore Oracle Functional Analyst team.

  • Lead coordination of global Oracle IT Contractors including Analysts, DBA’s, Integration and Infrastructure teams ensuring implementation timelines and issue resolution within defined SLA’s.

  • Review, assess, and assign incoming helpdesk tickets to offshore Oracle functional and technical teams. Monitor and coach through resolution.

  • Partner with business subject matter experts to uncover process improvement opportunities using various application solutions.

  • Utilize technical skills to analyze, troubleshoot, and lead resource coordinate critical / complex incident resolution.

  • Perform a wide array of tasks, which can include leading strategic meetings with project stakeholders through tactical implementation tasks.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.x

  • 3+ years of experience with multiple implementations and enhancement rollouts.

  • 3+ years of experience with PL/SQL.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science or Business Management

  • Experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management.

  • Experience with Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) Marketplace and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

  • Experience implementing Oracle integration projects to third party applications

  • Experience implementing and supporting a variety of information management systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Google Workspace experience including Sheets, Docs, and Slides. RSRWH
