This role prioritizes and documents every support request, troubleshoots issues, answers questions, and eliminates software problems with necessary updates once problems are found. In addition, the Support Developer works closely with the team leader to identify needs and improve skillset proficiencies while continuing with professional development.This is a hybrid position out of Mt. Laurel, NJ. The position pays $80,000-$100,000.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doingEvaluate, prioritize and answer incoming requests for assistanceDocument all support requests and resolutions in the bug tracking systemPrioritize problems based on severityAnswer questions and investigate the errors generated by a system malfunctionDesign program logic to eliminate problems and increase system efficiencyPerform troubleshooting of program errors to diagnose the causeModify software applications and SQL code to permanently resolve problems that are foundSupporting 24x7 production systems in a live environmentWhat you bringStrong interest in technology, both existing and cutting edgeEngineering mindset; Risk mitigation and scalability first.
