The Business Implementation Manager I on the Trend Management and Value Based Programs team, you will provide leadership, analysis and support for initiatives and projects that execute upon Premera’s strategic direction to improve total cost of care and quality outcomes to customers. Key responsibilities include the analysis and documentation of requirements, development of related artifacts, reporting, template creation, and monitoring and tracking. Assignments for this position may be smaller-scoped and more routine, less complex efforts or position may help with a portion of duties on larger more complex initiatives.

This is a hybrid position at our Mountlake Terrace campus.

What you’ll do:

  • Document, analyze, develop implementation approach and lead efforts on assigned programs and projects. This includes developing plan for implementation, establishing metrics as well as evaluating outcome of work.

  • Support business needs, such as gathering information and reporting to comply with regulatory requirements, fulfill market communication needs and document business workflow.

  • Monitor program and project progress according to agreed measures and within set organizational procedures.

  • Facilitate the collection and compilation of data through interface with analysts, consultants, managers, business owners, and internal/external customers.

  • Identify systems and methods to collect progress measures for assigned projects/programs.

  • Incorporate analysis conducted by other departments and/or outside consultants to work as appropriate.

  • Prepare preliminary interpretation of analysis for stakeholders.

  • Assist others in identifying suggested action steps based on analytic results and make recommendations to management/business owners.

What you’ll bring:

  • Associate’s degree or (2) year’s work experience (Required)

  • (3) years project support or project leadership experience (Required)

  • Ability to multi-task and to keep work organized and moving towards completion

  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment

  • Works well with ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Good analytical and research skills

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Suite

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet timelines

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong motivation to learn, willingness to be a team player yet operate independently as required

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

National Salary Range:

$67,800.00 - $89,100.00

National Plus Salary Range:

$67,800.00 - $101,600.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska .
