Overview
The Marketing Operations team is looking for a technical and creative Solutions Innovation Architect who can transform technologies that enable marketing.
You are passionate about identifying, developing and implementing new ideas and solutions that bridge gaps and change the way marketers work. You are as comfortable working with marketers to identify areas for improvement in existing workflows, process and technology as you are working with engineers and developers to solve them.
As an Innovation Architect in the GBSG Marketing Operations organization, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap and execution of reimagining experiences for marketing employees. You'll serve as the product visionary and owner to drive the evolution of marketing support and enablement functionalities using automation tools, RPA technologies and AI. You will evangelize the use of automation and technology to ensure the highest level of operational excellence, reduce operational debt and increase efficiency and speed to market. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive operational transformation.
What you'll bring
Experience driving transformational experiences for organizations and leading them through a change journey
Organized, operational thinker who has a track record of managing complex products and/or programs
Excellent communicator - uses story-telling to influence decisions
Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across marketers, customers, engineers, developers, and other technical partners to design products
Strong business and technical business background, with 3-5 years experience in tech/software industry
AI experience a plus
Demonstrated success in taking data-driven approach and delivering impactful business results
Analytical and data-driven mindset - uses data to prioritize, define metrics for initiatives and measure success
Track record of working closely with customers and partners, taking a customer-back approach
Innate curiosity and willingness to dive deep into a complicated platform product, and the influencing skills to navigate solutions and bring together disparate points of view
How you will lead
Develop an innovation strategy that supports marketing initiatives, big bets and input goals
Identify areas for improvement or automation opportunities in existing workflows and processes
Identify new technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy and quality
Cross-functional leadership and influence
Partner with stakeholders and user groups across Intuit to understand pain points to build and maintain capability vision, strategy, and roadmap
Deliver requirements with prioritized features and establish the operational rigor for operating and improving the capabilities you own
Define customer benefits, clarify user priorities and use data for strategic decision making
Work with the marketing, product architecture and engineering teams to prioritize short-term and long-term goals
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Monitor and measure capability performance - analyze capability NPS, product usage, conduct FMHs and operations data
Represent the team in presentations, meetings and training sessions
