Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

  • Experience developing eCommerce products and technologies.

  • Experience with Logistics or Operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or a business related field.

  • Experience with supply chain, customer facing products, infrastructure or third party integrations.

  • Experience in setting product direction and executing on road maps.

  • Experience in software development and an interest in the intersection of technology and operations.

  • Ability working across sites and geographies, with an understanding of diverse perspectives and bridge them into a common direction along with collaboration skills.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

We are seeking an operationally focused and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives within our Google Store Omni-Channel Commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product development, from outlook to execution, for important aspects of the post-purchase customer journey. This includes developing and optimizing operational and logistical products that enhance the overall ownership experience. You will have the opportunity to shape how customers interact with Google Store after their purchase, with a focus on areas such as device repair, order delivery, and support interactions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Google Store's operational systems and processes related to order fulfillment, delivery, and reverse logistics.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, and work with engineering and operations teams to implement solutions.

  • Define the multi-year direction for your product area, manage the road map and priorities, and oversee high quality on-time execution.

  • Identify and drive new opportunities for partnership across Google and beyond to significantly enhance user acquisition, engagement, and unique value proposition.

  • Utilize data and analytics to understand customer behavior, identify pain points, and measure the impact of product improvements on key metrics.
