Intuit Senior Offering Program Manager in Mountain View, California

Overview

This Senior Program Manager position, based in Mountain View, is responsible for end-to-end program management for programs and efforts in our Tech Women @ Intuit (TWI) strategic initiative focused around our Retain & Advance strategic pillars, including leading efforts across the Mountain View site.

TWI is a strategic initiative sponsored by the CTO with three strategic pillars – (1) attract and recruit, (2) retain and (3) advance our technical women. We have a portfolio of programs and efforts aligned with our three strategic pillars. This program manager will partner with the global lead for TWI, technical women, key product development leaders and other key business partners and be responsible for developing and driving retain and advance strategic programs.

The TWI Mountain View program manager position is focused on exceptional program execution, with the purpose of the role being to define the strategy, define and drive programs, manage details, work across Intuit with appropriate teams and organizations, and to support the global program leader, product development leaders, technical women and site/BU leaders in achieving TWI retain and advance goals for Intuit.

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and execute the strategy for Tech Women @ Intuit key programs to inspire and motivate tech women to grow their careers at Intuit

  • Lead Tech Women @ Intuit efforts, programs, activities at the Mountain View site

  • Develop and execute plans for meaningful development programs, workshops/events to build a vibrant, engaged community of tech women and allies

  • Execute on short and long-term plans for TWI programs like Intuit Circles, Girls Who Code Summer Immersion program, Grace Hopper conference, Sponsorship and mentorship programs, TWI development workshops and speaker events

  • Prioritize, develop plans and execute on other key TWI programs to impact our TWI retain and advance goals

  • Partner with leaders to drive key success metrics and accountability for TWI retain and advance goals

  • Drive end-to-end program management for key development and retention programs in Mountain View

  • Drive efforts to understand and keep a pulse on tech women sentiment and shape our program offering accordingly

  • Drive events, workshops, development activities that provide meaningful development content for our tech women community

  • Work with the talent acquisition team, global TWI community, site & business leaders to understand tech women needs, develop appropriate content to meet those needs

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in developing operating plans for programs/initiatives

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to put complex ideas into clear frameworks and then use data to generate insights and recommendations

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

  • Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent

  • Strong team player with excellent relationship and leadership capabilities

  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, quick paced environment

  • Problem solving capabilities; ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects with minimal direction

  • Proven program and project management skills, with the ability to deliver quality work with high volume of detail

  • Experience in managing events or managing teams to run events

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Technical undergraduate degree is a plus

  • Experience working in enterprise/tech industry
