Google Senior BrandConnect Product Manager, YouTube in Mountain View, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

  • Experience working on consumer-facing products.

  • Experience managing products with multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., consumers and advertisers, buyers and promoters) in marketplace or platform environments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in product management, including setting product strategy, influencing company-wide roadmaps, data-driven prioritization, go-to-market execution, delivering measurable business impact from conception through launch.

  • Experience driving high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and product areas.

  • Experience leading multi-product and multi-stakeholder initiatives, particularly for Creators, Advertisers, or marketplace platforms.

  • Experience building user facing products, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, work with agile software development, and iterate to find product-market fit.

  • Excellent leadership skills in influencing and aligning executives and cross-functional teams across all levels.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Define the product goals, strategy, and global roadmap for the Creator experience of the Brand Connect marketplace.

  • Iterate towards product-market fit, and then scale the service to Advertisers and Creators around the world.

  • Collaborate closely with the Ads product and sales teams to solve Advertiser problems on the Brand Connect platform.

  • Design and launch features that help Creators manage Brand agreements offers and earnings.

  • Collaborate with our business and go-to-market teams to test and launch new features.
