Google Product Support Manager, Google Nest in Mountain View, California
As a Product Support Manager for Google Nest, you’ll lead a group of Product Specialist that oversee the product support strategy for the Made by Google family of products. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Product Specialists that oversee global Google Hardware devices. The team will be responsible for advocating for our users, developing strategies to support them and engage in an array of activities that drive product success. You will be the primary product lead for the team, and will oversee support planning and preparing the team for all product launches. In addition, you will be responsible for driving highly cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on scaling and improving our operations to support our constantly evolving hardware product portfolio.
