Intuit Marketing Manager in Mountain View, California

Overview

The QuickBooks Acquisition team is looking for a rock star marketer to join its ranks in attracting new users to QuickBooks online. In the US, 4 million small businesses start new each year. Of those who get a financial management solution, 70% of them do so in the first 12 months. And once they’ve chosen a method, only 7% switch – so we need to get them early. Grab your chance to grow the category and nudge the steady consumption rate of 16% upwards, and make a dent in the stat that 1 out of 2 small businesses don’t make it past 5 years due to poor financial management.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be shaping the acquisition strategy and leading integrated multi-channel campaigns within a highly visible role.

Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you’ll benefit from strengths in the following areas:

  • Be bold – expose new insights to craft a vision and ultimately help new businesses succeed.

  • Win together – partner with teams in product marketing, social, PR, advertising, OA, SEO, content, insights, analytics, finance and more.

  • Learn fast – drive a hypothesis-driven learning plan and be scrappy to execute and iterate fast.

  • Connected – from customer insight all the way through integrated, consistent cross-channel execution, bring a broad set of input together to pave the way forward.

  • Digitally savvy – help us lead change and strengthen the organization’s capabilities in cross-channel lead nurture, mobile, customer migrations and more.

  • Scientific – apply a data-driven approach to decision-making, determine KPIs and build ways to track and manage against them.
