Job Description

Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacture of sophisticated microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for the most demanding challenges. Summary

Under limited supervision, performs a wide variety of electronic thin-film assembly operations requiring considerable judgment and initiative to build up and assemble complex thin-film modules

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Follows production drawings, sample assemblies and verbal instructions with minimum supervision.

  • Interprets and works from electromechanical schematics, drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly

  • Reads worksheets and wiring diagrams, selects components.

  • Knowledge of cleaning, component mounting and parts orientation

  • Performs inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.

  • Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or holding device

  • Use hand and small tool, such as variety of tweezers, microscopes to place small components on thin-film circuits.

  • Performs eutectic attach and epoxy attach under microscope

  • Operating all type of MIC equipment, such as die-attached station, wedge bonder, ball bonder, gap welder, bond-pull tester…

  • Operating or be-trained with automation, such as reflow brazing system, auto wedge-ball bonder…

  • May perform other assembly tasks, such as evaluation parts, engineering prototype…

  • Reworks and repairs defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel

  • Follow safety procedures in the use and handling of flammable and hazardous chemicals required to meet all cleanliness specifications

  • Must be able to follow specific procedures and details instructions completely

  • Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process

  • Records information on production records or log sheet, and other report forms

  • Familiar with Window operating system and Microsoft Office

  • Flexible working time and willing to be trained in relating task

Vocational or technical Certificate in related field and 5+ years of experience. US person.

Salary Range:

$41,800.00-$55,880.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
