The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Data and operations provides Google’s Ads and Partnerships business with critical insights using analytics, defines business growth and partnerships strategies using data, and ensures data compliance across the global business organization. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve innovative ideas into scaled, growth initiatives.

You are an experienced, analytically adept leader who will be the driving force behind the D&O team’s business recommendations and strategic decision making. This decision making is powered by product and behavior analysis of tool usage across the organization.

As a leader you will work across the team’s priorities, focusing on the detail while finding creative ways to handle big picture challenges. You'll leverage the analytical capability of your team to develop data-driven insights, you'll provide senior level management with insightful business recommendations and reporting support to drive the business forward in a measurable way, and help the Sales Operations and Product teams to develop best-in class tools and processes that enable our go to market teams.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
