JD:

ducation: Bachelor's degree in EE/ME or a related field preferred. Associate's degree in EE/ME, or a related field, or equivalent experience, will be considered.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic engineering principles, testing methodologies, data collection, and technical documentation. Experience with electronics assembly and rework, including soldering techniques (through-hole and surface mount), component identification and selection, and adherence to IPC standards. Proficiency with the following EE/RF lab equipment:

○ Oscilloscopes (use, probes, scales, waveforms)

○ Spectrum analyzers (measure power, frequency, emissions)

○ Protocol analyzers (decode digital communication protocols)

● Software Skills: Proficiency in G Suite applications (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation, collaboration, and data analysis. Experience with data manipulation and querying from relational databases using a popular SQL language (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with Python programming for scripting and automation tasks. Experience using Google Colab for cloud-based Python development is a plus.

● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues. Independently diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical problems, but collaborate effectively with senior engineers and seek guidance when necessary for complex issues.

● Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

● Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, maintaining flexibility and a willingness to learn.
