Google Global Product Lead, Global Partnerships Tools in Mountain View, California

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Experience using SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.

  • Experience with database technologies and AI-powered products/initiatives.

  • Ability to effectively communicate to various audiences, including technical teams, sales leaders and business stakeholders.

  • Passion for user-centric design and an ability to advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a Global Product Lead, you will play an important role in shaping the future of our partnerships. You will lead the development and launch of platforms, ensuring a seamless experience from adoption to user growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, and Business Intelligence, you will deliver solutions that fuel our cross-product teams. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders and partner with Partner Managers to gather insights and ensure successful product launches. By working with legal and privacy teams, you will guarantee smooth access to data while upholding compliance.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Develop relationships within the Partnerships team to gain an understanding of their business needs and goals.

  • Act as a subject-matter-expert for both end-users and leaders within Partnerships. Gather their feedback and incorporate it into the development and execution of our tools road map. Ensure solutions meet their needs and drive success toward their key objectives.

  • Take ownership of the tools and solutions that support Partnerships. Understand user workflows and identify opportunities to add value through automation, insights, and process improvements.

  • Oversee the launch and adoption of new tools. Communicate changes and conduct user research and acceptance testing (UXR and UAT) to ensure seamless integration into existing workflows.

  • Track and measure key metrics such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), headcount savings, and strategic value to ensure solutions are delivering tangible results.
