  • Location: Mountain View, CA

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Shift will start at either 2:30 AM or 7:00 AM

  • Pay Range: $76,240 - $78K

Job Summary

We are looking for a safety-oriented Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Mountain View, CA!

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will plan, organize, direct, arrange and evaluate the warehouse facilities, including the identification of opportunities for warehousing operation improvements. You will oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods across our campuses in the Bay Area.

  • Ensure that quality, accurate delivery and budget objectives are met

  • Respond and deal with internal customer communication in the most effective way available

  • Maintain stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements

  • Produce regular reports and statistics as needed

  • Monitor and manage all financial & budget responsibilities

  • Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment

What we look for in a candidate

  • Ability to drive and enhance a culture of Food and Workplace Safety

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

  • Must be able to use spreadsheets effectively

  • Ability to read and understand orders, stock rotation concepts and inventory systems.

  • Inventory & labor management knowledge

  • Ability to integrate diverse perspectives and experiences

  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal

  • Value-driven, inspirational leadership invoked by a deep sense of purpose and responsibility

  • Managing in a Union Environment is a plus
