Responsibilities Gatorade Supply Chain Finance works close to the action, with direct day to day involvement with manufacturing operations. Our offices, based in the Gatorade plants, allow us to work collaboratively with our Operations teams: driving productivity, building strong control systems, and enhancing financial literacy throughout the organization. The success of Gatorade hinges on our ability to provide relatable insight to our business partners in this dynamic, fast paced manufacturing environment.

As an Asst Finance Supervisor, you will: * Support all financial accounting processes within the plant * Perform period close financial activities for the plant, ensuring all necessary journal entries are processed accurately and timely * Play a key role in the tracking, analysis, and understanding of variable and fixed costs for the plant * Perform required Sarbanes Oxley audit tests and participate in plant audits as necessary * Assist in the development of the Annual Operating plan and periodic forecast updates * Assist in the identification, analysis, and tracking of plant cost reduction projects * Provide weekly variable labor cost performance data and period spending to various plant teams * Assist in the development of improved plant processes to drive value and performance through sound decision-making * Maintain the plants cost center accountability structure, ensuring their correct application by partnering with requisitioners and the plant buyer * Lead and develop payroll coordinator, and potential SCAs/internsCompensation & Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500 based on a full-time schedule * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

Qualifications * Bachelors Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics) * 2+ years of Accounting, Finance relevant work experience * Proven track record of experience working with large cross-functional teams * Builds trust with business partners and demonstrates the ability to influence outside of direct reporting line and across functions * Knowledge of SAP, Kronos, and Infor systems * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) * Demonstrates the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate in a digestible way * Shows flexibility in leveraging different approaches to analyzing problems * Exceptional communication and analytical skills
