Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance Position at Beech Tree Apartments

Are you a mature individual with a knack for maintaining a welcoming environment? Beech Tree Apartments is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Maintenance professional to join our team in caring for our elderly apartment complex. This role requires excellent people skills and a broad range of maintenance capabilities, including electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, and custodial duties such as floor maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
- Conduct painting and minor carpentry work.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents through timely responses to maintenance requests.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months.
- Be available for on-call emergencies.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to work 30 hours per week, including occasional weekends and evenings.
