Job Description
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our Clinical Trials Division (CTD) located in Mount Prospect, IL. CTD partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers worldwide to ensure the right patients get the right therapies at the right time. Coordinating requests and responses internally and externally, acting as a liaison between managers, employees, clients, vendors, and team members
Managing a dynamic calendar and screening meeting requests

Leading community events and site activities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
High School Diploma or GED (Associates degree or business-related field preferred)
Three (3) years of experience in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Administrative / reception activities, such as: maintain customer mailing list, answer phone, schedule conference rooms, organize customer and vendor visits, order plant and office supplies, arrange lunches, welcome and direct visitors, and maintain shared and individual calendars.
Prepares for onsite meetings, including preparing complex PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
Generate expense reports, handle travel arrangements, and coordinate schedules for site’s senior leadership team as requested.
Lead cafeteria, vending machine and associated outside vendors as well as maintain records and generating purchasing request in CODA.
Lead and run all new hire onboarding schedules.
Lead community events and site activities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $23.26–$34.90.
